Monday, Dec. 7

- Someone in the 20000 block of Sundrop Place reported the theft of a garbage can worth approximately $60.

Saturday, Dec. 5

- Someone in the 20000 block of Southwest Lavender Place reported a car break-in. Nothing in the car was stolen.

Friday, Dec. 4

- Alyson Bruns, 25, of Sherwood was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

- Someone in the 16000 block of Century Drive reported vandalism to a fence, which caused $20 in damage.

- Someone in the 13000 block of Southwest Tualatin Sherwood Road reported the theft of $63 worth of gasoline.

Thursday, Dec. 3

- Lorn Hildreth, 54, of Hillsboro was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and refusing a breathalyzer test.

Wednesday, Dec. 2

- Heather Beebe, 27, of Sherwood was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Tigard


The Tigard Police Department reported the following arrests Dec. 1 through Dec. 7:

Child neglect – 1; DUII – 3; driving while suspended – 1; theft – 18; warrants – 2; reckless endangering – 1; criminal mischief – 2; drug related – 3; assault – 4; harassment – 2; minor in possession of alcohol – 1. Of these, 10 resulted in juvenile arrests.

Monday, Dec. 7

- A city official called police after a man who came into City Hall, 13125 S.W. Hall Blvd., to fill out a request and became very abusive to city employees. The man had harassed Tigard Police Chief Alan Orr in the past, according to police logs.

Sunday, Dec. 6

- A woman in the 14200 block of 112th Avenue received sexually harassing text messages. Police called the texter and asked him to stop.

- Five juveniles smashed a pumpkin on the property of a woman in the 11400 block of Cole Lane. The woman ran after the juveniles and chased them down the street.

- The driver of a red Toyota nearly ran over a 4-year-old boy in the Fred Meyer parking lot, 11565 S.W. Pacific Highway.

- Someone tried – and failed – to take the stereo system out of a car in the 7700 block of Cherry Drive.

- A woman in the 12000 block of 116th Avenue received a strange visitor at about 7:45 p.m., when a 14-year-old bare-footed boy knocked on the door, saying that he “didn’t feel good.” The woman did not open the door for the boy but believed he suffered from a mental disability and potential blindness. The boy tried to open the woman’s door and rang the doorbell several times. Police later learned that the boy had snuck out of his house down the street because he wanted to go to the hospital.

Saturday, Dec. 5

- On her way to meet with the mother of her husband’s child, a woman was reportedly attacked by one of the mother’s friends at McDonald’s, 12388 S.W. Scholls Ferry Road. According to police logs, the two women got into a fistfight. The friend made threats that she was going to kill the woman and her husband.

- A man was reported urinating behind his vehicle, which was parked at the intersection of Greenburg Road and Lehman Street.

- The bathroom door at the Albertsons supermarket, 16200 S.W. Pacific Highway was covered in graffiti.

Friday, Dec. 4

- A woman living in the Cascade Mobile Villa threw rocks at her neighbor’s house.

- An erratic driver was seen driving in the 11500 block of Pacific Highway. The passenger in the car made signs that he was going to slit the throat of other drivers as they passed other cars on the road.

- An iPod was taken from a locked vehicle in the 11700 block of Pacific Highway.

- A student from Tigard High School was seen loitering in front of a woman’s house in the 15900 block of 88th Avenue. The woman left the house for a time, and when she returned the boy was in her front yard but ran off when the woman pulled up. The boy appeared to be looking into a pile of leaves on the ground.

Thursday, Dec. 3

- A man at the 11800 block of 91st Avenue punched his sister in the face after she turned off his X-Box game console. The man has a history of familial assault and was described to police as a “wanna be gangster.”
