ADVERTISEMENTS
TUALATIN — Trammell Crow Residential is boasting of plans to build the largest-ever residential project for the Portland suburbs with the $50 million, mixed-use Alexan Bridgeport.
The company expects construction on the project to begin this summer and to be completed by the summer of 2010.
The Alexan is proposed to have 367 luxury apartments and 23,000 square feet of retail space all within walking distance of the lifestyle center, Bridgeport Village. It would be the first housing built in the booming Bridgeport Village commercial area.
The project would spread across nine acres located between Upper and Lower Boones Ferry roads in the cities of Tualatin and Durham.
Durham has continued its hearing on Trammell Crow’s application for the project until July. The Tualatin Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed project Wednesday, June 25, at 7 p.m. in the City Council building, 18880 S.W. Martinazzi Ave.
