Tualatin man indicted on burglary, sex charges

A Tualatin man was indicted Nov. 13 in Washington County court on burglary, attempted sex abuse and sodomy charges.

Maison Billios, 24, remains in custody after being arraigned on the charges stemming from two separate incidents in late July and mid-August of this year.

On Aug. 13, Tualatin police responded to a burglary report in the 19300 block of Southwest 65th Avenue. A female resident reported waking up to find an unknown male inside her apartment, standing over her while she slept. She said that after she screamed, the man, later identified as Billios, held her down and covered her mouth with his hand.

When police arrived, they conducted a “dog track” with a Beaverton Police department K-9 unit, which led to the suspect’s arrest. Police later executed a search warrant to gather Billios’ DNA, which linked him to a July 27 incident in the same neighborhood where another woman reported a burglary and sexual touching while she slept.
